What happens after onboarding training?

We have an extensive library of Help Articles and How-To Videos in our application to assist your team.

If your team needs to speak with a human, they can reach out to our Success Team through our in-app live chat. We operate Monday through Friday from 8 am - 8 pm EST. Outside of these hours, we have a support email your team can use for emergencies.

Choose Your Go-Live Date

Pick a date where the team can be available and will have time to dedicate to the training. Plan a kick-off meeting with your team to explain what commonsku is, why you’re making the change, and how it will improve their day-to-day.

Clean Up Your Client Data

Ideally you should start fresh with a new system. We recommend you take the time to clean up your client data so that only the most accurate and updated information is imported into commonsku.
